The Deep Drawing Machine Operator will be responsible for converting flat stainless-steel sheets into deep cylindrical milk can bodies. The candidate must carefully control machine settings to achieve the required shape, thickness and finish without cracks or defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate deep drawing machines for stainless-steel milk can production.
• Set, align and change dies according to product size.
• Adjust machine pressure and drawing speed as required.
• Check the thickness, depth, shape and dimensions of drawn components.
• Identify cracks, wrinkles, scratches and other manufacturing defects.
• Ensure uniform product quality during bulk production.
• Use proper lubrication during the deep drawing process.
• Minimise material rejection and production wastage.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Follow machine safety and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with cutting, pressing, welding and quality-control teams.
• Maintain daily production records and report technical issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in operating deep drawing or metal-forming machines.
• Knowledge of stainless-steel forming and die setting.
• Ability to identify manufacturing and dimensional defects.
• Experience in milk can, utensil or metal container manufacturing is preferred.
• Responsible attitude with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Read measurements, drawings and cutting instructions.
• Measure and mark stainless-steel sheets before cutting.
• Operate sheet-cutting, shearing or related machines.
• Cut sheets according to the required dimensions and thickness.
• Check the size and quality of every cut component.
• Reduce material wastage through accurate cutting.
• Handle stainless-steel sheets carefully to prevent damage and scratches.
• Maintain cutting tools and report machine problems.
• Follow all machine-operation and workplace safety guidelines.
• Keep the working area clean and organised.
• Coordinate with press and deep drawing machine operators.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in stainless-steel sheet cutting is preferred.
• Knowledge of measuring tools and machine operation.
• Ability to understand basic technical measurements.
• Strong attention to accuracy, quality and safety.

• Manage complete production planning and manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production targets, product quality and material usage.
• Coordinate with supervisors, machine operators and the quality team.
• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
